The Grand Tasting Vini d'Italia is a great opportunity to discover and taste an exclusive selection of the wines awarded by the Guida Vini Gambero Rosso 2024.
For 37 years Gambero Rosso has been the leading brand in the world of Italian food and wine, and its annual guide Vini d'Italia reviews an impressive number of wineries and wines. The quality of the wines keeps rising, as shown by the 2300 wines that reached the final stage of the 2024 edition. Of these, 498 received the coveted Tre Bicchieri award. The share of wines from organic or biodynamic estates is also constantly growing. A total of 174 wines were awarded the Tre Bicchieri Verdi, representing about 35% of the total.

During the awards ceremony the best Italian restaurants in Zurich will be honoured, according to the Top Italian Restaurants 2024 ranking. Italian cuisine stands for quality, freshness, respect, purity of flavours, skilful pairings and strong creativity. Service and the menu also play an important role in the assessment. Particular attention is paid to the wine selection, because a true Italian experience would not be complete without a good glass of wine.
