There are artists who need no introduction. Umberto Tozzi is one of them. With a career spanning more than fifty years of Italian music, with songs translated and sung all over the world, Tozzi represents something that goes beyond the concept of success: he is part of the soundtrack of the lives of millions of people.
On Sunday 12 April 2026 he took to the stage of the Kongresshaus in Zurich, one of the city's most elegant concert halls, and confirmed all of this with an evening of great intensity.
The audience, made up largely of Italians living in Switzerland but also of many lovers of Italian music of every origin, experienced the concert with that emotional participation that only certain artists know how to evoke. When Gloria, Ti amo, Stella stai, Gente di mare arrived, the hall sang as one, with that genuine spontaneity that cannot be organised or directed: it simply happens.
