Zucchero is out to conquer the world with his World Wild Tour and is getting ready to tour Italy again this summer, at the main festivals. The World Wild Tour, which set off from Glasgow last 18 April, is the first major tour with no audience restrictions. The concerts, which will continue around the world until October, have already reached some major European cities and, above all, the Arena di Verona, where Sugar was the star of 14 consecutive nights. The 14 concerts at the Arena, staged between 25 April and 11 May, won over critics and audiences alike, gathering more than 150,000 spectators, both Italian and foreign. These dates in fact opened the Arena’s live season at full capacity, after 2 years of restrictions. Every evening the singer-songwriter offered a unique journey through his great career, with an ever-changing setlist full of great moments, as well as an exceptional stage design: a giant sun, a symbol of rebirth, inside which evocative images scrolled past. Alongside Sugar on stage, an international band that enhanced the show even further.
